Hello, this is RIS Team.
Starting from 2/18/2010, certain timed items can be changed to permanent item when enchanted to 10+.
These items are still timed item, but with enchantment can be changed to permanent items.
Below are the lists of items that are possible for permanent change.

Darkness Set, North soul/West shoul/Golden Dragon/Purple Phoenix Set, El Dorado Set, Machu Picchu Set,
[Necklace]
Lovely(15), Skull necklace(20), Strength Necklace(6 ), Recovery Necklace(4), Jack o lantern, Jack o lantern(S )
[Ring]
Sweety(9+), Skull ring(10), Might Ring(6 ), Insiht Ring(4)
Please remember that these items are still timed items until they are enchanted to 10+.

1. Window Mode
We have fixed the problems that some users experience when starting the game in window mode.
2. Lovely necklace / sweety rings time duration
We have fixed the graphic problem where buying Lovely/Sweety in item shop does not show the item duration.

3. Error inputting Round/Point/Time during room creation is fixed.

The problems we have announced on friday has been resolved.
Please read the following for more information
[2/16 Patch information]
1. Cash Item Purchase problem
Problem where cash items were not able to be purchased even with enough cash has been resolved.
All purchase should be normal.
2. Character's Level Up problem
Problem where character's level did not change even with enough EXP has been resolved.
All character's EXP should increase normally.
[2/18 Planned Patch information]
Problems that are still not fixed will be resolved with our patch on thursday.
1. Problem where even items are not able to be enchanted will be resolved.
2. Problem where Creature's exp (CXP) does not increase after battle will be resolved.
Sorr for all the inconvenience with the problems in the event period.
We will try our best to resolve all the issues in Rakion as soon as possible.
