I reported him because he made a plain insult to me without it being in a joking way or anything like that. What happened after that was up to the mod who handled my report. I think he handled right, as it says in the rules: No insulting.

And you guys are writing me off as a much more corrupt admin than I was in reality. I never ever banned somebody for something that was not in the rules. (Like calling me bias). It's just some things that were questionably breaking rules that you guys cry about all the time. But hey, believe whatever you want. I am all for acting things are different than they really are, just because it's usually much more fun.

Btw Hoxxy, it seems that you rather have no rules at all than rules that aren't always enforced. Instead of crying when the rules are enforced, you should start crying when they aren't enforced eventhough they should be. And before you say "I rather have no rules at all indeed" you should think back to the time when you were so angry you were probably trowing chairs around in your room because somebody said the bible was fiction.

I report things, I used to report things even more. They just didn't get listenend to.
Makes ya think 'hmm, then it's prolly that way', and the next time, it suddenly was different again.

I like rules. But I like consistency as well.
Funny thing was, when any other one got called names, nothing much happened (e.g. 555, he was like the most flamed person around). Not many got punished for provoking nor insulting.
When I called one person names, you were there within 5 seconds to ban me. I'm not even gonna bother accusing now.

And about the... Trying to be funny with your chair throwing stuff... C'mon... You were bragging how mature you were against Genius.

I was just trying to visualize how upset you seemed to be. Of course there is no way for me to know how upset you actually were, but you seemed pretty angry. I just gave it a little extra pepper to make sure the readers understand. It's like exaggerating to prevent readers from taking it in as underexaggerating.

You can't control the way people emphasize things when they read. So instead you have to emphasize what you write.

All I can say about that other stuff... Maybe it was so, maybe it wasn't. You all seem to forget that you don't make the exact same post and so each time is a new decision whether to ban or not to ban. Anyway just accept that things happened as they did and stop whining about it. What mathers is now and the future. The fact that we might've been inconsistant in the past is no reason to give up rules as a whole.

Btw you guys do realize that you are all making it quite hard for the mods by thinking insults are ok when it's a joke to friends, but not when it's an insult to somebody else. It could be a joke for the involved parties, but a dark skinned person who reads "stupid nigger :P" won't be pleased. But when we try to ban people for these "joking" insults, we get loads of cries about how it's just a joke. Then we don't ban people for it and things seem fine. Few days later we ban somebody for the same comment, but this time used serious, and suddenly we're inconsistant and bias.

We banned for joking insults, people cried.
We only banned for serious insults, people cried.

You want a consistant forum? Start by yourself. Only use insults to insult people. That way the mods can simply ban for every insult and the only person who will be crying is the one that got banned, as it's supposed to be.
