CP Potion

Cell point potion, or CP potion, is a potion which restores cell points.

When used, this potion will give you 30% of your max CP. If you're already at max CP, the potion can not be used. If you use the CP potion and the increment will take your CP to beyond your max, then your CP will be set to max.
